F.A.Q.

What is the Cover Concepts Collaboration Program?

The Cover Concepts Collaboration Program works with administrators and teachers to distribute sponsored materials such as book covers, educational comics, teacher's guides, posters, bookmarks, samples and more!

How much does it cost my school to be part of the program?

Nothing! It’s all FREE for the school! The Cover Concepts Collaboration Program materials are brought to you by a sponsor and then distributed by Cover Concepts to authorized schools in our in-house database.

What are your Teacher Guides?

Teacher Guides feature fun and informative lessons, discussions, and activities to be done in class. These lessons, discussions, and activities all come together to get across important and meaningful messages to your students. The Teacher Guides can also unfold to become a poster to be put up in the classroom.

What are your Educational Comic books?

Join the fun and excitement of Marvel with important lessons and messages for your students in a unique and customized colorful comic book format.

What types of samples do you send?

We send a multitude of samples that include locker posters, bookmarks, stickers, prom packs, trading cards, calendars, growth charts, and more.

I am not part of the Cover Concepts School Collaboration program and I do not have a School ID. What should I do?

We will guide you through the process and connect what information you give us about your school to our in-house database of schools. This authorization will make you part of Cover Concepts School Collaboration program and grant you your School ID. Click here to enter the sweepstakes and enroll in the program.

I am part of the Cover Concepts School Collaboration Program but I do not know my School ID number. What should I do?

We will take the information you give us about your school and match it up with what we already have in our in-house database of schools. A confirmation email will then be sent to you and contain your School ID for future reference. Click here to enter sweepstakes without your School ID.

I have entered my School ID number but the school name that appears on the next page is not my school. What should I do?

If this situation should arise please call Cover Concepts at (646) 742-6808 or email at cc.info@coverconcepts.com. Someone will then take care of your problem personally and help you and correct our in-house database of schools.

The person that is listed as the primary or secondary program contact is no longer with our school. What should I do?

You should reauthorize your school with a new primary and/or secondary program contact right away to ensure all materials are accurately sent and received by your school. Click here to reauthorize your school.

Why do you need a secondary program contact?

Unfortunately, sometimes our primary program contacts leave the school that they are affiliated with and this leaves open the chance for materials to be lost or sent back. By having a secondary contact, this ensures that each school will continue to benefit from our program through the years.

The person that is listed as the primary program contact is still with our school. Should I replace myself with that person as the primary contact?

Not just yet, please discuss the situation with the other program contact and determine who will be the primary and secondary contact. This is to make sure there will be no confusion when materials arrive from Cover Concepts.

Why do you need my email address?

We are implementing a plan where prior to all mailings, we will send you an email to inform you that you will be receiving program materials in the near future. We will explain what the materials are and when possible include an image. We will also use this email to receive feed back on the program so that we can continue to improve Cover Concepts to better fill the needs of your school.

What if I sign up for the program and then decide that my school no longer wants to participate?

If you for your school to no longer be part of the Cover Concepts Collaboration program then please send an email to cc.info@coverconcepts.com and let us know who you are, which school you are, and why.
